Return & Exchange Policy

Lehengacholionline.in really appreciate customer’s concerns and will be ready to serve better.

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We will accept return or replacement requests only for below mentioned occurances

(1) Received product is damaged then first we go for replacement free of cost and if replacement not possible we will refund the money.

  • Customer has to first email the received products pictures on lehengacholionlinesales@gmail.com, Our dispatch team will verified and then we will update for replacement or refund.

(2) Received product if different then order ( In size,Color (Major color difference like red agaist black) then first we go for replacement free of cost and if replacement not possible we will refund the money deducting the couier cost.

  • Customer has to first email the received products pictures on lehengacholionlinesales@gmail.com , Our dispatch team will verified and then we will update for replacement or refund.

(3) Customer has to initiate return or replacement request within 3 days of receiving the product, and after that for any reason no request will be accepted.

(4) Order will not be cancelled because of delayed delivery and in that instance amount will not be refunded.

(5) We dont follow return or replacement policy for out of the india orders for any issues and no refund will be given once dispatch is done fron our side. Every Country will charge stamp duty as per their policy and that will be 100% bear by customers only.

How replacement will work?

Once identified for replacement,

  • First we check  reversepickup facility at your place and if it is there then we arrange reversepickup from your place and dispatch the replacement at your place.
  • If reversepickup is not available you have to self dispatch the product and once we receive we will dispatch your replacement subject to received product is in original conditions along with all merchandize,tags,waybills.

How refund will work?

Once identified for refund,

  • First we check  reversepickup facility at your place and if it is there then we arrange reversepickup from your place and refund the amount through netbanking or Paytm
  • If reversepickup is not available you have to self dispatch the product and once we receive we will refund the amount through netbanking or Paytm subject to received product is in original conditions along with all merchandize,tags,waybills.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
lehengacholionlinesales@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

All the legal cases will be the treated in only SURAT jurisdiction court.
