Lehengacholionline.in returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Lehengacholionline.in for any reason within the specified return/exchange period. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. This refund may be applicable only after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain a refund and purchase the new item separately.
HOW CAN YOU RETURN A PRODUCT TO Lehengacholionline.in?
1. For Exchange: By sending a WhatsApp message to customer care number: +91 9037157458 with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 2 days of delivery. Please mention your order id number in the massage. Our team will file an exchange request for you. Once an exchange request is filed, You have to courier it back to our address(address info mentioned below). Customer Must Handle Exchange(return) Courier Process & Exchange(return) Courier Charges. Also Shipping & Exchange(return) Courier Charge Will Not Refund.
2. For Return: If Customer Want Refund,
Note: Customized Products (Fully Stitched Products As Per Customer’s Wish) And International Orders (Outside Of INDIA) Are Not Returnable Or Refundable In Any Case!
Customer Must Handle Return courier process & Return Courier Charges. Also Shipping & Return Courier Charge Will Not Refund On the Refund Amount.
Return Charges Of INR 300 Will Be Deducted (If We Arrange Return Pick Up From Your Doorstep), If You Are Returning The Product On Your Own, Then 200 INR Charges Will Be Deducted From Your Total Order Amount That We Received.
And When We Receive Your Courier, Then In 3-4 Days We Will Transfer Money To the Customer’s Bank Accounts Through NEFT OR UPI Transfer.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND DESPITE THE INSTANT REFUNDS POLICY?
For refunds taken into Bank Account (via IMPS) (Or Via UPI Transfer), your refund will reflect in your account within one day once it has been initiated. Your refund may take 3-4 days to reflect in your account after we receive your order.

WHEN AND HOW I RECEIVED MY REFUND?
You will get your refund money within 48-72 hours after the product is DELIVERED to us. Refund charges will be deducted based on the product. Return charges of INR 300 will be deducted from your refund money. If you are returning the product on your own, then 200 INR charges will be deducted. If the product is not of the same quality, then we will deduct from your refund based on the damage of the product.
